What Buzz Directory collects and how account and moderation data is used.
Public directory data
Approved listing details are visible to directory visitors. A public community contact is shown only when a submitter supplies it and explicitly consents to publication.
Account data
Account email addresses are used for authentication. They are not published as community contacts unless separately supplied with consent.
Theme preference
Your Light or Dark choice is stored only in this browser. It is not attached to your directory account.
Analytics
When enabled, Buzz Directory may load Google Analytics 4 to measure directory traffic and product actions such as searches, filters, and join clicks. Analytics events include only non-sensitive parameters like community slug, category, and access type. We do not send invite tokens, relay credentials, report text, or contact details to Google Analytics.
Submissions and reports
Submission revisions, moderation decisions, and report records are kept for review, safety, and accountability. Report details are available only to administrators reviewing the report.
